Grass-fed & finished tallow with the stress-reducing and nervous system calming power of Zechstein magnesium and adaptogenic properties of Ashwagandha. Apply at last light, or at least 20 minutes before bedtime to belly, legs or bottoms of feet for more restful sleep & relaxation. Use as needed for stress support.
