If you’ve already taken the How to Read Insert Training Course and still need help, I am now offering consultation services. Please read the following expectations carefully.

Here is what I can offer:

  • A more in-depth explanation about any topic covered in the training course. Sometimes it takes a little more explanation or demonstration for a concept to “click.” I can break down any topic even further and show you exactly how I found each cited source.
  • Personalized research for any product you need help finding or understanding. If you read through my steps on how to find an insert, but still can’t find it and don’t want to wait until I eventually do a post on it, then I can find it for you and break down the insert. I can help you narrow down inserts based on your situation however I will not be able to give you the exact insert if a tradename is not provided.
  • Recommended alternatives for your specific situation that you can further research. This will not be medical advice. This will not replace the guidance of your healthcare provider. It will only be broadening your research options.

Here is what I cannot offer:

  • Medical advice. I am not a trained medical professional and cannot offer medical advice.
  • Legal advice. I am not a trained legal professional and cannot offer legal advice.
  • Decisions about your personal situation. Only you have the responsibility and authority to make your own medical decisions for yourself and your family. I will not make medical decisions for you. I will not answer questions such as “what do you think I should do” because you are the only person that can make that decision for yourself.
  • Phone/Video support. All communication will be electronic.

  1. You acknowledge the above expectations by purchasing a consultation package linked here.
  2. After purchasing, complete and email this form to justtheinserts@protonmail.com
  3. I will acknowledge delivery of your form via email and start researching your needs.
  4. Within a week of acknowledging your form via email, I will email you my findings along with cited sources and hyperlinks. If you have any follow up questions, be sure to reply to my email.
  5. If you require follow up research on another insert or issue, another consulting package will need to be purchased.

Why am I charging for consultation services? Everything I do for the website and social media happens in my downtime. Researching, designing, and editing content is an incredible time commitment. I enjoy streamlining research and helping you find the resources you need to make educated + empowered decisions. However, some situations demand more in depth research than expected and take me away from my personal responsibilities. The opportunity cost for me to research each individual case is incredibly high. I’m happy to do it, but for individualized help like this, I do need compensation for my time + effort.
